For Mother's Day, since we were in Lincoln, we decided to go to one of my favorite places, Valentinos! They have the best salad bar ever. After Brunch we hit the road so we could get home and relax. I got 2 flowers from the kids, that I hopefully won't kill, and cards!
Whenever I take a picture of Weston now he gets a goofy grin on his face and says cheese.
We had a couple really hot days here so we ended up letting the kids run through the sprinklers. As usual Winter loved the water. Weston not so much.
Winter's class put on a play last week about butterflies and Winter was the act reader. She got to decorate the act signs and tell when it was a new act.

Weston got a talking Mr. Potato Head for Easter and he has been playing with that thing a lot. The only bad thing is it has a button on the back that pops the pieces out but he has trouble getting them back in. Our days have been spent putting the potato head together and then Weston pops the pieces over and over again. Mr. Potato Head may be going on an extended vacation soon.
Weston had his last day of Mom's Day Out and his wonderful teachers sent home a book they made with the kids artwork. Weston is so proud of his work!
And here are a couple random pictures to finish out this post!
Blue lips from his sucker.
